Slightly Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Delicious slightly spicy dip.
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 roasted red bell peppers
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTION:
- Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Saute garlic in hot oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Blend garlic, red bell peppers, red wine vinegar, sriracha sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a blender until smooth.
