Air Fryer Roasted Okra
This air fryer okra recipe is perfect for anyone who loves the flavor of okra, but dislikes the slimy texture. Air-fry the slime out of it!

INGREDIENTS :

    • ½ pound okra, ends trimmed and pods sliced
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTION:

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place okra, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; stir gently to coat. Arrange okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes, tossing the basket halfway.
  4. Toss the basket once more; continue to cook until crispy, about 2 minutes more.
